2021 CBN Manara Loan – Application Ongoing – Apply Here: The CBN Manara Loan programme is meant to create a link between anchor companies who are involved in the processing and also smallholder farmers (SHFs).
CBN Manara Loan proramme was launched by President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) on November 17, 2015. The Central Bank of Nigeria in line with its developmental function established the Anchor Borrowers’ Programme (ABP).
The CBN programme thrust of the ABP is a provision of farm inputs in kind and cash (for farm labour) to smallholder farmers to boost production of these commodities, stabilize inputs supply to agro-processors and address the country’s negative balance of payments on food.
