2021/2022 : Federal Character Commission Recruitment Application Form: The FCC Recruitment 2021 application form is finally out as the Federal Character Commission has commenced the recruitment exercise for 2021 session applicants. This article is to guide you on how and what you need to apply.
The Federal Character Commission is one of the executive bodies, established by the Section 153 (1) of the 1999 Constitution. The commission takes the responsibility of monitoring the implementation of rules and principles proclaimed in federal character.
The main purpose of the FCC recruitment is to create more jobs for Nigerian youths both graduates and undergraduates. By so doing, reducing the level of unemployment in Nigeria.

FCC Job Requirements and Qualifications
All Applicants of the Federal Character Commission recruitment must be in possession of the following
- Applicants must have B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in any recognized institution
- Copy of WASC or SSSC with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects; or
- NECO/GCE Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language
- National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; or
- General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
