Oxfam-EDC Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Impact Program will accelerate the skills needed by entrepreneurs to actualize the much-needed growth and development
The program will strengthen sustainable growth through increased employment, higher income, and relevant products and services for people living in poverty, particularly smallholder farmers, youth, and women.

It provides businesses with services to support SMEs in Nigeria, Somalia, Uganda, and Vietnam.
Requirements/Qualification for Oxfam-EDC Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Impact Program
No of employees: 10 – 250
Years of existence: At least 2 years
Agriculture (the entire value chain), Manufacturing, Producers of Women’s consumer product, ICT, Renewable Energy, Recycling
Entrepreneurs between ages: 25 – 40 Years
Annual turnover: N40 million & above
Selection Criteria:
We select businesses based on an assessment of their plans and financial potential and on the social impact that they expect to deliver for their community.
To ensure businesses deliver on the latter, social impact is monitored consistently from the start and measured over a period of time.
