The Federal Government via the National Innovation Technology Development Agency NITDA has launched the Fourth Industrial Revolution Technologies Initiative 4IRTA application portal for Agriculture sectors to apply for funds.
The Initiative is to encourage and inspire the use of technology, especially Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies like UAV, lol, Al & Blockchain, to optimize different sectors of our economy
Applicants are encouraged to observe their as congratulations are in order, if you apply for this funding program, you are encouraged to check if you have been shortlisted to proceed to the final stage of this funding scheme

Funding Opportunities
Selected projects will receive up to N10,000,000 in funding to deepen the application of 4IR technologies in their work, the Ministry of Agriculture will support selected pilot farms and navigate a path to scale and sustainability.

Eligibility:
a. The 10 selected projects are expected to be focused on the application of UAV, IoT, Al, and Blockchain in different agricultural sub-sectors e.g. crop production, fishery, livestock, and forestry
b. Project proposals will need to demonstrate the use of 4IR Technologies to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability in Nigeria
