Job Vacancy at Limoniprojects Port Harcourt for Graduates: LimoniProjects is now hiring for the position of a Site Supervisor who can deliver quality work to the institute, the desired must have 3-5 years of experience in supervising site and preferably have 2 years of industry experience as a supervisor.
The desired candidate will be expected to directs all the activities of workers which concerns construction and installation of buildings components and other construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subcontractor supervisors.

Responsibilities:
*Directs workers concerned with major maintenance or reconditioning projects for existing installations.
*Delivers every project on schedule and on budget.
*Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Construction Services, Project Managers and/or Corporate Dictate.
*Daily inspects work of all trades to make sure that all work meets Quality, Specification and Code requirements
*Meets weekly with subcontractors’ foremen to coordinate schedule and discuss safety
*Studies plans and specifications to arrange procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
*Notifies the Project Manager of any changes or document non conformities found on the project.
*Carries out all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s mission statement and vision.
*Directs and is responsible to keep the work of subcontractors, contractors and owners on schedule as per the schedule maintained by the Project Lead.
*Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
*Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
*Confers with supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.
*Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
