Since the inception of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), it has since been dedicated to prompt service delivery which necessitates time to time recruitment of graduates, non-graduates and professionals to add to its workforce so as to meet up with the growing demands for its services.

A Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience in gender related matters

Candidates must have a strong knowledge on governance and gender equality

Candidates should have knowledge on electoral participation issues in the Nigerian political environment.

Must have a good communications and writing skills
